Refund & Exchange Policy

At Abtin & Company Inc., we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility

  • Full priced items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. 

2. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must be received within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests made outside of these timeframes will not be accepted.

3. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, certificates, pouches, and gift boxes
  • Free from wear, damage, resizing, or any form of alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible.

4. Change of Mind

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for full-priced items that meet all return conditions.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives with a verified defect or error, you must notify Abtin & Company Inc. at the time of your return request (within 5 days of delivery).

  • Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including the purchase price and original shipping cost.

6. Return Authorization (RMA)

  • All returns require an approved Return Authorization Number (RMA) issued by Abtin & Company Inc.

  • Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • If you fail to notify us within 5 days of delivery, the item will be deemed accepted as delivered, and you waive any right to reject the goods or claim damages.

7. Shipping Responsibility

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • All returns must be sent using insured and trackable shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Abtin & Company Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.

8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

9. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for full-priced items only, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Replacement items will ship within 5–7 business days after approval.
