To be eligible for a return:
• Item(s) must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging, tags, certificates, pouches, and gift boxes included.
• Pieces showing wear, damage, resizing, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.

Earrings
• For health and safety reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, whether worn or unworn.

Sale Items
• Discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Shipping Costs
• Return shipping fees and insurance are the customer’s responsibility.
• Abtin & Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages, so we highly recommend insured shipping.

Exchanges
• Exchanges are available for full-priced items only, provided all return conditions are met.
