* Approved returns must be received within 7 days of delivery.
* Requests made outside of these timeframes will not be accepted.
3. Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
* Unused, unworn, and in original condition
* Returned with all original tags, packaging, certificates, pouches, and gift boxes
* Free from wear, damage, resizing, or any form of alteration
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible.
4. Change of Mind
* Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for full-priced items that meet all return conditions.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
* If an item arrives with a verified defect or error, you must notify Abtin & Company Inc. at the time of your return request (within 5 days of delivery).
* Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including the purchase price and original shipping cost.
6. Return Authorization (RMA)
* All returns require an approved Return Authorization Number (RMA) issued by Abtin & Company Inc.
* Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
* If you fail to notify us within 5 days of delivery, the item will be deemed accepted as delivered, and you waive any right to reject the goods or claim damages.
7. Shipping Responsibility
* Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
* Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
* All returns must be sent using insured and trackable shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
* Abtin & Company Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.

* Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
* Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected
